FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to shoot a video?
For simpler concepts, the shoot usually takes one full day. If the idea is more complex or requires multiple locations, filming can take 2–3 days. Once we agree on the final script for your video, you’ll receive a detailed production plan that clearly shows exactly how many shooting days are needed.
How many people are involved in creating a video?
Many professionals are involved in creating a single video. Screenwriters, producers, directors, cinematographers, sound recordists, editors, sound designers, animators, and colorists all play a part. We make sure to bring together the right experts so that the video we create together is of the highest possible quality.
Is it better to have my own script or to let you write it?
Writing a script is a demanding process, so we believe it’s always better to leave that to us. What we do want from you is your vision—what you do, what makes you unique, and what the video should communicate. Once you clearly share your ideas, we can easily shape the script together.
What is the turnaround time for video production?
Turnaround time varies based on project scope, but most videos are delivered within 2-4 weeks. We also offer expedited delivery upon request.
